Liability

Wrong Fuel Doctor shall not be held responsible for any pre-existing mechanical, electrical or other vehicle faults, or for any damage resulting from the introduction of incorrect fuel, AdBlue, water or other contaminants into a vehicle’s fuel system.

This includes any damage to the engine, fuel pump, injectors, fuel lines or associated components, whether discovered before, during or after our fuel drainage and flushing services.

While we take every reasonable precaution when carrying out our services, we cannot guarantee that fuel drainage or flushing will reverse damage already caused by contamination.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK law.
